The hair dryer didn’t work, the shampoo was empty and the room smelled like mildew. Also-I was charged an extra $30 for my 2 kids. I paid for two beds so why did it matter if my kids came along last minute?!

酒店回复: You should always let us know right away if you are unhappy with your room. We would have got you into a new room no problem. You did pay for a 2 bed room but only paid for 2 guest to stay in that room so therefore we did have to charge you for your extra guest.

This is a professional staffed motel, clean breakfast buffet and coffee and tea is available 24hrs a day. Excellent indoor large pool and a small exercise room which is available staff needs take the paper sign down. Shopping Walmart is next door and supermarket is across the street. Plenty of restaurants and fast food across the street and gas stations are close by.

If the do no disturb sign is on the door the housekeeping lady should not knock on the door at 9 am and then again at 11am. The sign means DO NOT DISTURB
