Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and filling. Would recommend to friends and family to stay here.

Warning!!!
I booked a pet friendly room, yet when I arrived I was given a room and key that did not work. I had to then go back to the front desk (exhausted from driving all day), and it was then the front desk lady saw my dogs and told me she had to give me a completely different room. The room I got smelled like an ash tray. It was supposedly nonsmoking. The room had a layer or thick dust everywhere. By morning I was sick from the stale dirty air/room. The breakfast was half raw. No coffee to be had at 9am. Rude staff who spent majority of the shift standing outside main entrance chain smoking. Horrible. Nightmare. The place needs to be shut down.

We always enjoy staying at the Sleep Inn when we're in Summersville. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and the staff is wonderful.

The room appeared very clean, didn't smell and the beds were very comfortable. There were some very small ants in the HVAC unit. Overall a very good stay in a good location. Close to the highway, but quiet.

Lesson Learned
When we arrived the staff at the front desk was very friendly so we had high hopes. When we went to go get into our room the room keys would not work we literally had to swipe them at least 10 times and only the one would work. I went to the desk about this issue and I was advised that this happens and to keep trying, I was not very happy with that answer. When we got into the room (finally) we turned on the bathroom light and it just kept going on and off, given the answer that I received about the room key we didn't even bother going to the desk with this issue we just shut the light off. Then when we went to lay down I pulled down the blanket and it was covered with stains!!! Needless to say we did not use that blanket at all and I immediately went to walmart and bought lysol spray. The next night we came back to the room and again multiple tries to get into the room, we went to turn on the TV and it would not work! At this point I was beyond frustrated and went to the desk. The gentleman that was working the desk said that he would be right up to fix this issue. When he arrived at our room he informed us that this happens a lot and he had to turn the TV off and then turn it back on twice for it to work. While he was in our room I informed him of how unhappy we were with our stay due to dirty linens on the bed, lights not working properly, room keys faulty and TV issues. He was very understanding and he upgraded to a room with a king bed, the bed was the only good thing

Oldie but goodie
It is a nice place, well used. It was very clean, the breakfast was good and all employees we came in contact with wrre friendly. The queen bed matress was in need of replacement and the sheets wrre to small for the bed and would not stay on, otherwise no issues
