Did not have an elevator, so we had to carry our luggage upstairs. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, the hotel was nice. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was very well kept. The only issue is that it does not have an elevator so keep that in mind. The free breakfast did not have very many healthy options, but it was not bad by any means. I could see it being a good option for other families just not for our needs.I do like how they had coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24 hours. The service was great. The location was good too because we weren’t too far from Acadia national park. We would definitely stay there again.

There was bed bugs in our room. I'm requesting a full refund. I have to leave with my two children and wife at 11:00pm at night. This matter needs to be resolved asap. Thank you

This was a great hotel. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms were great. Loved having a small kitchen for simple meals. Room was clean and quiet, easy walk to a nice grocery store. Nice breakfast and cookies in the afternoon.

Standard average hotel with LVP flooring and grayish walls. One of beds was okay, the second was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of sleeping on springs. Nothing inspiring about the room. Overpaid for what we got.
