The room was large and clean. In a convenient location - near restaurants, shopping, and sights. They had a fabulous breakfast - large selection of various foods.

Bathroom was run down. AC very loud and barely cooled the room. Everything seemed antiquated. Staff was nice.

The property is old and a little run down, but we only slept there and it fit out family 5. I was a bit annoyed they after I booked through *******, they charged us extra for a 5th person when we checked in, although I searched for a hotel that slept 5.

我们住在副楼的两个房间，我们一行人住了两间房。
房间非常干净整洁！宽敞舒适，床也很舒服！卫生间虽然小但非常干净！我们睡得很好！早餐是那种可以拿了就走的，对徒步旅行者来说很方便！酒店有洗衣设施和室内游泳池。我们没用泳池，但看起来又大又干净。我们没怎么使用其他服务，不过当我们咨询问题时，前台工作人员态度很好。唯一美中不足的是其中一间房有点新装修的味道——幸好我们买了香包，而且大部分时间都在外面，所以还能接受。另一间房就没有异味！所以我觉得这取决于你住的是哪间房。酒店附近有沃尔玛和特斯拉充电站，但是酒店门前的路是单行道，而且开车到阿卡迪亚国家公园大约需要40分钟，所以不太方便。不过，考虑到我们原来住的地方出现管道问题，能临时订到这家酒店，我们已经很感激了！总的来说，这是一次很好的住宿体验，我会向任何想住干净舒适旅馆的人推荐这里——我们住的房间绝对比汽车旅馆好很多！
为了避开海湾港（Bay Harbor）昂贵的酒店，我选择了这里；这是一个不错的选择，甚至可以说挺好。前台服务很好（办理入住/退房）。欧陆式早餐提供了很多选择，咖啡也总是热腾腾的，随时都有。设施确实需要维护一下了；看起来他们正在努力。大堂和通往二楼的走廊有一股难闻的体味。床和床上用品很干净也很新。但房间整体很需要翻新。客房服务人员很棒，工作效率很高。如果他们能把酒店翻新一下，肯定会吸引更多客人。
酒店很棒，上次入住体验很棒。不过这次前台的一位工作人员几乎在整个入住期间都表现得非常糟糕。他根本不想做自己的工作，每次我们问问题他都对我们很刻薄，就因为我们从缅因州北部来得太早了。真是太荒唐了。
