Our investigations revealed that the standard 3 night room service (sheets, towels and trash) was performed during your four night stay with us. Additionally, we only became aware of the clogged sink issue upon checkout and it was addressed later that day. However, in light of your complaint, we have established new protocols to ensure that all guest communications with the Front Desk Agents are documented and acted upon in a timely manner by our housekeeping and maintenance staff. I would encourage you to immediately escalate your concerns to management for resolution during your stay so any issues can be immediately addressed.
