Room was pretty clean and in good shape. Coffee maker had an old coffee pod left in it and the hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast was pretty gross but what hotel breakfast is good.

Not enough good food or even quality. Powdered patty eggs, rubbery, no bacon only sausage that was ok, potatoes was pretty dry, and overall Hot food, was barely warm. Hardly any sausage gravy and 2nd morning for breakfast there was no sausage It was empty and no person working around to ask for assistance.. orange juice with watered down.. biscuits for not even warm and extremely dry. Not enough baked goods and the little bit that was there was barely any good. You all should have an ice machine there for your guests. You should have more variety and choices as in bacon, cream of wheat, grits and even better cook to order breakfast. Room furniture was extremely dated that desperately is in need, of remodeling. Carpet and room was damp and towels were stained and floor in the bathroom was not clean. Light on the microwave what's blinking without even having the time set.. broken alcohol bottles on steps and on the walkway to our room.. Windows and the breakfast dining room could be a lot cleaner as they were really dirty and dining room could have been a lot cleaner as well.. upgrading the quality of the yogurt to much better quality than the cheap quality you had serving for your guests. Offering fresh baked goods and a lot fresher food and having someone there that is friendly and with Any customer service knowledge would have been great.. first day there was a lady there not very friendly, this morning absolutely no one.. Not good business at all.. needs a lot of improvemen

Check in was great, the room however was NOT! It was like the room was not cleaned, only the beds were. There was used soap in the shower, when the toilet seat was lifted, poop all over. Dead bugs smooshed on the wall. Food on the floor next to one of the beds by the headboard. But the kicker was the live roach on the wall. Immediately went to the front desk, could not offer a refund or discount due to the room booked through *******. Only option was to move us to another room. Second room appeared to at least be cleaned, just musty smelling. Had no choice but to take as the town was booked for a fishing tournament. Staff was very apologizing, but will NEVER stay there again!

Clean room- had issues with the tv but the staff was accommodating to both disabilities and also to moving rooms when the tv issue arised. Room was clean and in front of the pool- so we had a nice view of pool and waterway. Pool was clean and nice temp- always people in it during the daytime while we were there. Beat the bridge so can hear traffic but the bridge is beautiful and pretty quiet overnight. Breakfast was really really good with a few different options but one of the better free breakfasts offered

Beautiful river views and sunrises. Continental breakfast is good. Good coffee. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are okay, could use some updating.

The room was clean, bed comfortable. This is an older hotel. No information about the breakfast or where it was. Property said it had a restaurant but it was closed.

It’s the first time I’ve stayed at a Quality Inn where I had to endure the room smelling like pot for my entire stay due to activity in the stairwell next to the room and in adjacent rooms. it was not fun attending meetings with that odor absorbed into my clothing.
