No remote for tv(when one was available no one could program it, so i had to). Stayed three days, towels were replaced once and not even all of them. Not very friendly.

Overall hotel was average. No elevator, but not informed prior to booking. First floor appeared to be in better share than 2nd floor. Limited staff at front desk. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay, but limited in items. Parking was okay but could have better lighting at night.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Staff not professional in my opinion. Having your own shower supplies and possibly an extra blanket would be better than they provide. Toilet is a nice size for a child, but really low for an adult. Breakfast was average. Cheapest place I found in the area, and I got a good night's sleep, so that is all that matters.

First they told us we could not check in until 3 which is okay but went back on time and they they told us room would not be ready for another 2 hours or so. In room there was nothing to put ice in and only 1 bath towel for 2 people. Room was clean windows didn't work. Pool area was clean and did enjoy that. I went our to desk and the person was sleeping sitting in chair. I not very happy with what we saw.

I was a little concerned when I got there when she couldn’t find our reservation, but then after a few minutes she did and she was very helpful. It’s an older hotel but our room was clean. We had an issue with the tub draining really slow so my husband left a note at the desk and it was taken care of before we returned later in the day. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the pool and my husband enjoyed the hot tub.

我们入住前，房间没有彻底打扫。房间里的三屉梳妆台少了一个抽屉，之前一位客人的衬衫还留在其中一个抽屉里。前台服务员在得知后，确实处理了这两个问题。此外，在我们入住的4天里，房间没有打扫和补充物品。我们没有挂出“请勿打扰”的牌子，所以我以为每天都会有人打扫和补充物品。

大堂看起来很新，房间虽然干净，但却非常陈旧。我们的房间没有安全链，床上用品/毯子、枕头都需要更新。最棒的是入住服务员Cierra。她很友好，乐于助人。
