The lady at breakfast was wonderful, and the food was fresh and varied. The room was a little worn, in need of a new carpet, and the walls required attention.

Room cost over $185 and the elevator was broken, heat in the room did not work ( very chilly) and the ice machine was broken.

Staff was awesome, the hotel was clean. The beds were not comfortable. The attached brewery had really good food and the staff was very nice.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff were so helpful, friendly. Some updating is needed… bathrooms and elevator.. one was not inservice

It is an older hotel with ALOT of potential. Great location right on the water; Good restaurant (although out of Beef on Weck!); pleasant staff.
Needs upgrading but with limited options in Dunkirk/Fredonia I would recommend.

This place is worn out and neglected. Our room smelled like an old basement, and after spotting mold on the seams of the wallpaper and ceiling we requested another room. I can’t list off everything that was disappointing about this whole stay, it’s just too much. This place just needs a complete overhaul. But it’s a struggling town, and I guess this is what you get. It’s just a shame.

lovely views of the lake, the facility was a little run down looking, but only in minor ways. person who checked us in was not very friendly, and gave us one key card that didn't work at all, and both cards were not working in the morning. person at the desk at that time was gracious and fixed them both. breakfast what you'd expect, nothing great, eggs that weird consistency that hotel eggs always seem to have. Bathroom counter and shower were not very clean.
房间挺大，床也很大，很适合家庭出游
我们是来参加一年一度的葡萄酒节的。因为是临时预订，房间价格比较贵我也能理解。房间里有个按摩浴缸，所以这个价格还说得过去，但可惜按摩浴缸坏了。不过房间很干净，床很舒服，风景也很棒。
