The staff was extremely nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The parking lot seemed to be very safe. We had no problems. The room was very nice.

The hotel was nice. They were accommodating. The only issue we had was trying to find the hotel because there is not a street sign or any indications that a hotel is down the road.

Sorry, but the folks putting 10/10 for this location are not real. The staff was nice when I checked in, but theres no way this is more than a 2-star hotel.
The entire place is dingy, the hallways have lots of stains, there's trash up and down through both stairwells at each of the buidling, the walls and doors are dirty, it's very dated, there's an old soiled mattress being stored in the southern stairwell, the north stair well has a bunch of drywall, and drywall debris, etc.....
Like i said, the staff I met were nice (front desk and housekeeping), but this place is in need of a severe cleaning and just general daily upkeep. It honestly reminds me of the first military barracks I stayed in back in the mid-90s. There's no way any business should be left with trash sirting in the same place for 3 days, and I mean a significant amount of trash spread throughout both stairwells that should be noticed on a daily sweep through the property.
Looking back on it i wish i had taken pictures to share, bit I can tell you the pictures associated with the hotel's listing do not accurately reflect the current condition.
