Staff was welcoming and polite. Common areas and room were clean. Furniture was a bit dated but clean. The carpet in our room was off-putting because it looked like it hadn't been steam clean in a while. But, overall, a pleasant experience.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The ice machine was not working. Room was clean, although the carpet was stained.The toilet was unusually low, which could present a problem for some people in standing up. My room was on the first floor and looked out onto the parking lot, but the curtains were almost completely transparent. They allowed lots of light into the room all night, and provided no privacy. Except for the curtains, the room was fine for what I needed. I'd like to emphasize that the staff members were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful.

The room carpet was FILTHY. Staff was courteous. Breakfast choices were very limited. Pet friendly was appreciated. Corridor smelled of urinal cakes. Shady characters in the parking lot. I found out that unhoused folks were transported for free from 25 miles away.
