Room in decent condition and staff courteous but could be improved by: 1) breakfast potato tater tots were cold and dry, 2) not leaving rind of lemon in water (becomes bitter over time), 3) consistent info being provided. For example, I had to request email copy of receipt when informed it would be sent by email after dropping off room keys in box. Expect delivery of receipt within 24 hours.

The room was clean, had an issue with the tv, breakfast was decent. Staff was super friendly and courteous. Attended to all my needs, when I mentioned there was a smoke alarm beeping in the hallway, they fixed it immediately. Would definitely stay here again. It was convenient and not too far from the freeway.

Easy check-in, pool is super warm which is always a treat at a hotel(some are too cold). I will say I don’t think we would stay again only because the walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbours coughing and sneezing. Also the bathroom wasn’t proper cleaned, hair around the towel, dirt in the corners. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. All the staff we came across was lovely.

I encountered lying, was cheated out of my money and experienced a total lack of integrity from the staff and mostly from the so-called manager, Nataly Benegas. The supposed to be provided Wi-Fi was spotty at best and nonexistent much too often. I needed it and the lack of it ruined my stay. I checked out a day early for that reason and expected a refund because the advertised services were not provided. The manager could not be reached on the weekend and either she was lied to about the Wi-Fi availability, or she lied to the people I spoke to and used it as a reason to deny my refund (cheated me). The person I spoke to said Ms. Benegas was in a meeting (I have my doubts) and would get back to me if I left a message. She never returned my call, showing a total lack of integrity for someone in the customer service industry. Be warned - stay at this disreputable place at your own peril. I also sent an email to the Comfort Inn corporate headquarters about this incident, and they did not have the common courtesy to respond either. STAY AWAY! Use their competitors.

Would rate this motel a 100 plus hot tub was hot pool was nice and warm beds very comfortable rooms super clean very greatful staff i would stay here again .and recommend it to others theres a gas stations and food right next to the motel. Super breakfast had a lot to pick from and got it for a decent price

墙太薄了，而且隔壁还有一扇门，所以听起来就像隔壁的电视机在我们房间里一样。我们根本无法集中精力看书或聊天，更别提睡觉了。前台的夜班经理说他们无法帮我们换房间，而且他也无法决定是否退还房费，尽管我们入住两小时后就退房了……而且那两小时我们都出去吃晚饭了。我们房间里的任何东西都没动过。他说他的经理第二天会做出决定，但已经两天了，我什么也没听到。糟糕的经历。我们再也不会住康福特茵酒店了。
