Room was clean and modern. We had a King sized bed that was awesome. There were 4 small pillows and that was disappointing. A bed needs large pillows. A King sized bed needs Extra Large pillows.

That’s in the lobby there’s a sign that states 100% smoke free facility. There entire facility reeks of cigarette smoke. There’s another sign outside the entry door that states No Smoking within in 25 feet of this door employees were smoking on the entry steps.

Breakfast was just toast. Road noise was terrible. Book gor 3 nights, left after 2st night. Would not stay here again

酒店回复: Respectfully Sir,I pulled up your stay and you booked for two nights and stayed two nights. We have fruit, muffins, sausage biscuits, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, etc for breakfast every morning. You were on the third floor, so I really can't imagine how road noise was an issue for you. I'm contemplating the possibility that you may have left this review for another hotel you stayed at?Take care!

Good value. One night stay. Very clean. Very helpful staff. Beds were comfortable and everything was just great.

The beds were uncomfortable but clean. The room was clean. The lobby was darkly lit and they have cats inside the lobby. With dander allergies it was less than appealing

According to the site this property was within 3 miles of my intended location, it turned out to be 10 miles away! I could have easily found one closer.

房间不干净，经理的态度也很粗鲁。
酒店大堂里弥漫着**味。我们进酒店房间时，房间温度只有 59 华氏度。尽管我们将温度调到 75 华氏度，但房间温度从未超过 60 华氏度（1 月份）。房间和大厅里弥漫着烟味。早餐选择非常有限。浴室水槽排水不畅，每次打开水槽，食物都会从下水道里冒出来。
一进房间，就闻到一股浓重的烟味，非常难闻。房间感觉很旧，气氛似乎维护不善，远非干净。显然缺乏适当的保养和维护，让住宿不舒服。
清洁和维护亟待改善。
