The rooms were dingy and in need of repair. If I could have gotten my money back, I would have canceled the reservation and stayed gone somewhere else.
Complaints to Wyndham concerning the facility got a few extra points, but I will not stay at a Wyndham facility again, so this is a useless bribe not to report the facility conditions.
The following is just a sample of what was wrong with my stay.
Telephone faceplate was broken leaving interior wiring exposed.
Desk chair worn through the faux leather and thread bare.
Curtains had holes.
Nightstand lamp doesn't work.
Fridge freezer frosted up and unusable.
Door on dresser won't close and is a hazard to walking.
Desk with peeling veneer on the front.
Ceiling gouged and marked with what looked like toothpaste as a filler.
Bathroom towel bar broken.
Bathroom outlets do not work.
Bathroom walls scuffed and marked.
Tub bottom stained and needed scrubbing.
Room carpet stained.
Breakfast (I checked this on several days):
Only one cereal (raisin bran, the other container was empty all during my five day stay).
no milk.
jam, butter, toaster, but no bread.
no coffee in either carafe.
No juice or other beverage.
Pool half full of green slime water (it had clearly never been available for use).
Trash bin overflowing in the corridor all week.
Manager would not answer at front desk or on the phone.

Room was really clean, especially sheets and blankets!
Staff could be a little more friendly and a little less grouchy. When you walked into the lobby to check in, it smelled like a fish tank. The lobby is where the breakfast is served. Not the greatest thing to smell when you are getting food.
Parking was good.
Checked out 15 minutes before 7 and had no breakfast out. Unless the two tubes of cereal was the breakfast? Make sure to check dates of the pictures that are being posted. Some of these places are not looking the same as the pictures.

Affordable comfort
The staff at check in helped me and showed interest in making me comfortable. I appreciated that the room was clean and it was quiet there.

Refused exterior room because of my ESA dog. Interior room was noisy and had our dog up and down all night with the noise.

The courtesy breakfast was very minimal. When I went to check out that morning, no one ever appeared to take my room cards--even after waiting several minutes, saying "Hello" in a loud voice a few times and calling the help line numerous times.

At 11 am when we were grabbing our bags a very rude man banged on the door. I thought it was the maid and opened the door to tell her we were leaving. This very angry and loud man yelled at me to GET OUT
.... twice. Mind you we left the room incredibly tidy, made zero noise and were there only long enough to get a few hours of sleep. We were not rude obnoxious or demanding. We certainly did not deserve that especially for what we paid for one night in what appeared to be a flop house. We pulled out of their lot at 11:03 a.m. we will never stay at another Wyndham / suoer 8 hotel ever again!!!!!

房间在网上的照片上看起来不错。我知道这只是一家速8酒店，但我想试试，因为我只需要住一晚。我一到那里，就拿到了房间钥匙。当我到达房间时，门甚至都没关。我打开门，发现床还没铺好。我甚至不确定房间里是否有人。我去前台告诉他们门开着，床也没铺好。前台的人只是说客房服务人员缺席了，有些房间需要打扫。我理解这种情况可能发生，但没什么大不了的。当我到达我的第二个房间时，我试着开灯，但房间的灯开关坏了……只有两个。房间里的灯可以用灯上的按钮打开，但这有点烦人。另外，我打开其中一盏灯后，它一直在闪烁，可能有触电危险。床上用品上有污渍，很恶心，但至少洗过了。第二天早上我去洗澡的时候，发现两条毛巾脏了。其中一条毛巾里还沾着一堆*****。我没用毛巾，就把它们放在地上，希望它们能被清洗干净。床真的很不舒服，我根本没睡。第二天早上，前台没人……所以我写了个纸条说我要退房，并记下了我的名字和房间号。我本来想去吃点早餐，因为他们网站上有介绍，但只有半加仑牛奶和三种不同的麦片，装在盒子里。最后我去了街上的Cracker Barrel。我不会再住这里了；一次就够了。
这不是对*******的点评。*******在整个过程中都非常棒。房间图片并不准确。图片显示所有房间都干净整洁、现代化，但实际上，地毯看起来像是自1972年以来就没换过，墙上的油漆也剥落了。我预订了带按摩浴缸的高级特大床套房。到达酒店后，我被告知该房间已满，并被安排到标准大床房。我决定不取消预订并重新预订，因为我不想支付取消费，我当时想着升级后的房间可以获得部分退款。（顺便说一句，*******的退款流程很棒）我和*******都多次尝试（入住以来我每天打三次电话）联系前台确认退款，但始终无人接听。至此，我与*******的纠纷已结案，由于他们无法处理我的退款，他们已同意以一键现金（OneKey Cash）的形式赔偿我。请不要被这家酒店的照片所迷惑，如果您有任何疑问，请忍耐，支付取消费，然后离开。如果您选择入住这里，请注意，如果您遇到问题，前台不会有人值班。
