Worst 2 nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The pillows felt like bales of hay, no blanket between the cover and top sheet, and the bed was hard as hell. Room would not cool off and the bath towels were small and thin. No shampoo, but plenty of conditioner.
Front desk clerk had no personality or smile. I tried to talk to her, but wow! That was difficult.
I would not recommend based on my current stay…..

Completely unprofessional
After booking a certain room online, I showed up to be given a downgrade. When I expressed displeasure, they checked me out without telling me. They couldn't open the booking back up so they made me rebook to stay, and the price had gone up. So I was downgraded and charged extra upon showing up. I was there for 2 weeks and for the first 8 days no housekeeping came through. The sink was also clogged. Breakfast was decent, but the same every day. When I checked out there was nobody at the front desk and I had to call out "hello" which made a child start screaming and an angry mom come to check me out from the back.

First room AC was off but we were told it would soon cool down. After not cooling we were moved to another room that was cooler but had posted notes stuck on head board. Clearly lacking in attention to detail when cleaning. In the morning coffee maker didn’t work. We’re staying at Best Western tomorrow.

After reading several good reviews of this hotel I booked 3 nights for an event nearby. The room was clean and decent, but that’s where the good stops. The hotel is right on Rt 35 and the noise from the highway is too much. The continental breakfast is awful. I requested room cleaning every day with the manager yet it was not done. At 6 in the evening the 2nd night there were two guys banging on my door claiming to be maintenance. I would not open the door telling them I did not request or need them. They claimed to need to change a shower valve. Nothing was wrong with the shower, maybe it was legit but who does that at 6 when the guest is occupying the room. The manager was off the whole weekend so I talked to the staff, who were nice, to relay my complaints to the manager and they agreed to do so and have him email me. Never heard from him. Better places to stay in Pearsal. This hotel sucks.
