Pool and hot tub area had many lights out. Broken blow dryer in room. Refrigerator froze all of our drinks. AC was cold.

Nice and efficient place to stay.
We just needed a place for a fast overnight stay to attend a family function. Staff was very friendly check in and checkout was very efficient. As expected there was some traffic noise as the hotel is right off a main highway, but the room was clean and comfortable. The serve yourself breakfast was perfect for a quick bite to eat to get back on the road quickly. Appreciated coffee and tea being available all day.

They do not serve any hot breakfast. They have a waffle maker, the coffee is terrible and you have boiled eggs. There was candy and peanuts on the floor and no coffee maker in the room. The bed was so uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a wood floor with flat pillows. Even when the pillows were folded they didnt support you. The staff was MIA. The elevator broke and we were on the 3rd floor with 3 children under 5. The house keeping staff was walking around without shoes. The store rooms were so full and junky. They brought us a crib and it was stained with idk what.

Walls were filled with black marks needed to be repainted. Mattresses were old and in poor condition ie Springs could be felt. We actually left Saturday morning and checked into something else. Even though we paid for Saturday night there.

The shower was full of black dirt on the sills. It was just running off the walls in the bathroom. Fire alarm was hanging by a wire out of the wall. There was tissue stuffed in the peephole in the door and not removed before our check-in. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain.

The lady at the front desk did not know what she was doing. Charged me twice for the rooms. When we got in the window to the room was wide open, literally anyone could’ve crawled through. Foul smell as well.

When we arrived, we were greeted by a bed with beach sand on it. We pulled the sheet back and there was blood on the fitted sheet. The management on duty brought fresh linens, but I have never experienced anything like this from a supposedly higher end establishment
