Television in the room would cut in an out losing signal. I went to the front desk for a resolution but was told it was "IT Issues" and they couldnt do anything about it. I spent the night staring at the wall until I went to bed. Everything else was fine.

The room was very clean and temperature very comfortable which created a very pleasant and cozy stay. Every encounter with staff was wonderful. Their demeanor was professional and we were greeted with a kind word and smile by everyone. We were very impressed and enjoyed our stay immensely.

First room had an obvious broken sink faucet. The front desk immediately put me in an upgraded room. But why wasn’t this reported by housekeeping to management?

Was charged two 20.00 ea for both rooms after I already paid for rooms in advance. Im disgusted by the charges a day after I left and coffee maker in room broke. Front desk would not print receipt because I paid by third party reservation.
