There were ants in my room. Didn't realize it until the morning when they were swarming all over my purse that had a half-eaten breakfast bar in it.
I thought it was a clean room, but the ants kind of ruined it for me.

Our last two days of our stay they had no coffee or continental breakfast as advertised. The days before the food started to dwindle from the counter. By the end of our stay, its like they gave up.

Under a remodel, room felt like a prison cell, painted floor, sink on wall near the bed, minimal furnature. Shower was dirty, hair on the floor and on soap dispensors. Breafest was okay but that all. Staff not availiabe abd when they showed up could barely do the check-in.

We take cleanliness very seriously and will be addressing your concerns with our housekeeping staff to ensure that they don't happen again. We do have 24-hour staff on-site. The newly refreshed Days Inn DAWN branding includes all of the paint and furniture. We apologize that you did not like the new branding. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future to provide you better service!

We wondered if the hotel was even open. They need to have a sign up indicating that they are open during remodeling.
