Pretty river on back side of property. Village of Jackson has many amenities. Staff at hotel friendly, helpful.

Rooms were good. Beds and pillows were great! Only complaint was the pool and pool area was cold.

Hot tub kinda dirty. Other than that staff was friendly, room was decent, and Parking felt safe.

We stayed one night and chose this place based on its location to the sights we were visiting. We spent a day and half at Holy Hill and ate dinner at Fox & Hounds. All very close by. View out of room window was a peaceful field which was a pleasant surprise given our proximity to the highways.

Staff was all excellent,clean rooms,public areas.One issue their was several drunks that were in pool,brought alcohol to pool area.They were throwing chairs in the pool,beer cans in the pool,and were vulgar in speech.The young woman from the office,did come out and pulled the chairs out of pool.we left pool area shortly after.

This has been my third time staying here and I would definitely stay again. They staff is super friendly and the rooms are cleaned every day. Great prices and would recommend.

I can't do stairs and didn't know you didn't have an elevator (something to think about), so we were given the only suite right off the pool. It was wonderful to be able to open our patio door to use the pool and hot tub. The room was cleaned everyday very nicely.

It was perfectly located for a family visit. The property was clean and comfortable, accessible and the staff was excellent and accessible.
