We arrived at this property after a long drive. Went to the front desk to check in and NO ONE was there!!! There was a sign to call a number which we did and the call failed! Another couple also wanted to check in and she went to the back room and found another number to call which she did. Finally after waiting over a half hour the lady came in with a cigarette in her hand and finally got us checked in. This is totally not acceptable! Since we booked with a third party we were told we would not be compensated for our inconvenience! Extremely disappointed with this terrible lack of consideration!

This property needs an update, the pool was down for maintenance, the elevator was broken and the back door did not lock as it was also broken. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable.

Room was nice. We did have to leave the last night we were there for the fire alarm going off but was able to return shortly after the fire department showed up.

Exterminator needed
When we undid the pullout couch there was a mouse on the cushions. When it was completely pulled out there was mouse poop all over the mattress.
Other areas of the room were dirty as well.

It took a while for the hotel front desk to find my reservation with my ID, conf# and told me to go check super 8. When I told her I paid for the room already, she took more time to look and said she found it. The entire town had 1 restaurant opened after 8 which closed at 9. The hotel had coffee pot that was halfway broken. Breakfast was a challenge, the waffle makers were broken and nothing really worked. The hotel lobby was blasting MTV at 5am and wouldn’t reduce the volume…just the worst experience.

Very upsetting on comfort inn. I always stay on these hotels everywhere I go there always very clean and well take care of. Very bad breakfast staff always smoking outside Carpets had Stains The bedding had a lot of hair. I do not recommend this hotel.

Smelled like smoke upon walking in. The fire alarm in our room was hanging off the ceiling and the wiring looked disconnected inside. There were holes in the plaster in the wall, pink mold in the shower, and the toilet was leaking all over the rusty floor. Overall very gross feeling but we arrived late at night and left super early anyways.
