They had clean and well maintained rooms. Everything seemed to be functioning well in the room although the exterior looked old but it’s still cleaned and maintained. Very reasonable price and clean I would recommend

Staff was very friendly. hotel is just old honestly so it isn’t the greatest when it come to feeling clean. And safety wasn’t a concern.

Rooms were disgusting, we asked to move to another room and that room was even worst. All the linen had burn holes, the cleaning was disgusting. The shower looked like it never been cleaned.
This was our last resort of a hotel due to homecoming weekend in Gainesville but I would’ve preferred to sleep in my car then this.
However the girl at front was a sweetheart and I do not hold her accountable, the owners need to do better.

No front desk present. Check in kiosk was closed. Tried doorbell & called hotel number to state, was checking in. After about 10 minutes of waiting, front desk clerk was walking from one of the buildings. Air conditioner was loud.

Rooms were clean & seems like they’re doing a renovation. But the rooms were good and had no issues.
