The room and bathroom were very clean and nice - the pool and spa were great - the breakfast area was clean and the selections to eat were tasty.

The property itself was fine. I didn't appreciate learning only at check-in that they needed a $100 deposit for "incidentals" and would not accept a debit card for that, which is all we had with us. I had to come up with $100 in cash.

Check in was great and easy. Housekeeping made what would've been 5 starst to 3. They knocked on the door and I shouted that I was coming from my bed. They kept knocking and I kept saying just a minute and then they walked in. They didn't give me 10 seconds to get up and answer the door. The extra locked kept them from walking all the way in. Maybe checking at 8:30 am isn't the best time. I know they are busy and it's an innocent mistake but I did kept yelling.

Overall the property was very clean and well maintained. The checkout time was 11 am and staff started knocking at the door at 10 am and even entered the room and asked us checkout.

The hotel was clean. The only thing I didn't like was how dirty the TV remote was. I had to use more than five wipes to clean it off. It was very sticky, though. Other than that, everything was good. Breakfast was good, too. My kids enjoyed the pool! :)
