In town for an event in Crowly. Immediately upon entering, it felt as if the heater was on or the ac was broken. There were several of us in line and we were all sweating while waiting. I'm a little discouraged with this location as this is not the first time I have stayed here and the first time was so much better. There was also a terrible cigarette smoke smell throughout and to be honest it was so bad, that I did not stay for the whole night. The room was not bad, but the shower curtain definitely needs changing as there was brown moldy look at the bottom. To be honest I got a shower, dressed and left so didn't inspect the whole room. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Paid $$, stayed 3 hours and checked out.

The room smelled like smoke. They moved us to a new room. There was a roach on the bed. We had to switch hotels completely.

Hotel itself was nice. Area around needs cleaned up bad. Not a fan of paying $130 for a room online then getting there to pay another $50 hold fee on top that you won’t give back to me for 7-10 business days especially when you take it out automatically

Manager was unfriendly and lacked customer service. Bottom of shower curtain was covered in mold. Bugs and even a tick in the room. We were put in a smoking room and now all of our belongings smell.
