Staff was not friendly at all, room was dirty, it seems all they did was fix the bed and put towels out. The restroom had hair everywhere even in the toilet and tub!! Our room key didn’t let us back into our room and we had to go to the front desk and no explanation or apology was given. This was such an inconvenience. The breakfast was horrible, everything was microwaved and the apply juice and orange juice were empty. No one was around to even talk to. Horrible experience, will not be returning.

Hotel was a little older and needed few upgrades seems like they are trying to get the hotel upgraded a little at time seemed short handed at times was a little concerned about the fire alarm system being operational and the fact that they had a dehumidifier in our room and there was covered up water damage in our room carpet always felt wet.But would stay there again for the fact they really seem like they were trying to address the issues.

When we showed up the gentleman at the front was nice, but he wasn't the most welcoming. He would always be standing behind the wall behind the counter and you would always have to ring the bell for service. The first day there I left my do not disturb sign and the next day I took it out and my room was not cleaned. I had new towels but my floors hadn't been cleaned nor the bed made, the pillows were old and lumpy and not the most comfortable. Our mini fridge took forever to get things cold, and the water in the bathroom was ice cold or scolding hot. We had to use the sink in the "main area" that had a hot and cold to get warm water. Our room also smelled terribly and I'm not sure what the smell was but in comparison to other family members rooms there was a distinct smell and it wasn't pleasant. The elevator went out and was out for 2 of the 3 days we were there. While all of these things were annoying and frustrating especially traveling with kids.

Check in to find out elevators were not working and they expected us to climb shair with suitcases not happening they ended up finding a room on 1st floor for us /room were clean bed and shower was good/ breakfast was lacking. Would I stay again probably but it wouldnt be my first chose.

The food was fine at breakfast, however I found a dead roach under a table and moved. No one was manning the breakfast area.
The staff were very friendly in general like the housekeeping.
The place needs to be renovated, seems like rundown, things breaking. The elevator would shake and make a loud noise when it was in use. They said they put in a trouble ticket but it wasn’t fixed when I was there for a week. The phone in my room didn’t work.

The staff was great but the property needs repair. My wife and I were in the elevator and a very loud bang sound occurred when we stopped on the first floor and the door did not open immediately, and we became afraid that we were stuck. Later, the elevator was out of water and very thankful to be on the first floor. Also, the lounge chairs around the pool were broken, and in various states of disrepair. Additionally, the lifting chair to allow handicap people into the pool, have a broken seat and all these items add up.

Room smelled/felt musty when going in. Next morning found a booklice was crawling on my phone, one on my glasses, and a few on me. They don't bite, but still not something I want.
