It was a pleasant stay.. I have stayed there a lot in past, once a month for couple years. Stop going as it was unkept, dirty…… told me from construction workers. Now they have replaced and cleaned up the hotel in many avenues. Keep up the good work!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Storms caused a power outage overnight. Staff was available to assist the entire time.

The hotel was clean. Beds were ok. Breakfast was not good but mostly because they appeared to be understaffed. I can handle all of that, but the worst thing was I selected this hotel over another one that cost less and close by because it had a hot tub. After the long drive I had that day and and the next, I paid $40.00 more to have use of the hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was closed with no advance notice. With my long drive, late arrival, and no notice of the pool closing until I had gotten things into my room, put on my swim suit, and walked to the pool area to discover that the hot tub was closed, it was too late (almost 10:00 pm) to find another hotel with a hot tub. I suggest if you want to use all of the facilities listed for this hotel, you call directly to make sure the facilities are open for use. I would like to get a refund of at least $40.00 since I could have gotten a room without use of a hot tub for that lower price very close by.

Unfortunately went down for breakfast at 915am and my only choice was ham. The attendant walked in and out twice without filling anything. Thankfully theres a McDonalds nextdoor.

The mattress was horrible. Slept aweful! You would think a hotel would at minimum have a decent mattress and pillows. Our mattress was crushed on 1 side of the bed in room 101. All else was good. Wouldn’t stay at the hotel for that reason. Sleeping in a comfortable bed should be number 1 priority! Does it matter? Thank you

The hotel was very convenient to the university. The staff upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite which was very clean. The hotel seemed quiet.
