HORRIBLE…. Strange hooded man with mask walking and peeping in pool area! Tub backed up while showering the babies, they could go swimming in the tub. Bed bugs and Roaches running on top of bed covers!!! Floor dirty in room!! It was the worst experience of my life! Adam the desk clerk was very nice, and understanding when i checked out and told him”” I COULD NOT STAY THERE””! I do not recommend, but you get what you pay for. When it was inexpensive, i should have known better. I did get a full refund, so i’m happy with that.

My room was amazing noise level was very peaceful, desk clerk Mr Adam was more than helpful he went above and beyond for any questions or concerns. I left 2 items after checking out and I called he went to the room and gathered them for me! He deserves a dang ol raise!

Room was ok, but old and dirty. Checked in to a Fire alarm. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. Will not use again.

The linen was dirty and the room was not clean, to many flys were in the room and the back door stayed unlocked all night.

Worst place I have ever stayed
The room and the linens were visibly dirty and stained. There were chunks of dirt on the floor of our room. There were ***** hairs in the shower before we had used the bathroom. The pillows had visible, dark yellow stains that could seen through the pillow cases. The carpet in the hall and elevator was visibly soiled. It smelled like cigarettes in the halls. The breakfast room was dirty. The chairs were sticky and the counters were wet. The complimentary breakfast was just a tray of toaster waffles, a tray of sliced white bread, and a plastic container of dry cereal. The mini-fridge held one three quart pitcher of apple juice and one three quart pitcher of milk. The staff were rude and slow. You have to specifically ask for your room to be cleaned. When you check in, they charge you a $100 security deposit on top of the room fee. The towels feel like you're drying yourself with a burlap bag. We checked out a day early because it was so terrible.

I got one room it was dirty and stunk so I got another room and it was still dirty but not as bad. Staff very kind but they are not keeping up on the rooms as they should. My toilet was clogged for like 20 minutes and they didn’t even have a toilet plunger.
