The floors were a little dirty. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Being next to the street traffic was kinda loud and the train. I like the new remodel, the room was very nice. Thank you for the hospitality.

Impressed
Everything was good about this hotel. No bugs, clean, the bed and pillows were both comfortable. The outside is dated, but the rooms have been remodeled and are very nice. This was one of three hotels on a 1,800 mile trip. When I hadn't arrived by 8 they called to ask if I was still coming.

NOT WORTH IT even if it's cheap
You have a reservation but won't turn the air conditioner on a head of your arrival. Dead bugs in our room. Left after 4 hours for better accomodations. Run for your effin' life away from this place

They claim to be pet friendly but found quickly they are not and was forced to pay additional money or be kicked out and lose all the money I gave to reserve the room for the week. Tried to explain my rights as a person with an illness that my little angle helps me with and about ADA Rights but they persist in harnessing me until I was too agitated to discuss this with them anymore, gave them the money they was harnessing me for and checked out as soon as my week that I paid for and went to another hotel in the area. Hopeful and attorney will contact this location and better educate them of People's rights and the purposes as well as the importance of Service Dogs.

Relatively nice. Better than expected to be honest.
Only real issue was that I had to leave a $150 cash deposit for the kitchen utensils but i didn't have enough on me since no where does it state that a cash deposit is required.
Kind of sucks because i brought food to cook with for every meal and ended up not using it.
Also, they entered the room the first morning when we were out. Normally, most places have signage that indicates they would be entering at a certain time and if you dont want them to enter, you usually have a placard or something you can put on the door. They didnt have it available.
Other than that, lady at the desk did her job well. Nothing but positive vibes from her.

The room itself was very clean and comfortable BUT roaches were crawling everywhere. Other than that it was good.

Really enjoyed my stay on 4th of July I liked the fact they have a set time time for the pool and only guests are allowed. Most people work in the morning so I was able to enjoy a good night sleep. I like the fact that the front desk was taking care of everything especially on a super busy day. 2night stay I will definitely be back.

Pool was only open to certain time , too early to close it for a Saturday. Rooms were a little impressive, specially the electric stove. Do not have shampoo and conditioner dispenser. Really close to Walmart, so no need to go far for supplies or groceries.
