The facilities are nice and clean. Everyone I met was incredibly nice, helpful, and willing to do anything in their power to make sure you enjoy yourself. The restaurant has good food. However, and unfortunately it is a big one. The manager doesn’t seem to know the basic g vvzdefinition of hospitality. He makes things up as he goes along. After checking in, we had to get new license plates for my patient, in order for him to receive handicap plates. Instead of working with us to get it sorted, he threatened to tow the vehicle. Meanwhile he has a car with no license plate that has been sitting there for over 6 months. I did not expect special treatment, but we paid for the room and the parking space, only to be driven away by a guy doing the same thing, while wearing so much perfume (seems like he bathes in it), it becomes nauseating. I have stated at this hotel many times, and it is nice for the area, but this manager really didn’t feel it was his responsibility to show hospitality to a handicap guest. It is a shame, that such a nice hotel would allow someone with no hospitality skills to become manager. Maybe if they demote him to server on the beach he will stop driving guests away. Ownership should take steps quickly before more people are unwilling to return

We had a premium pool king view room. I must say my husband and I enjoyed our 5 night stay. I think they call it a resort due to the live music nearly every night, the pool bar and the fact that you have access to a private beach. I was worried about noise due to the live music every night but it doesn't last all night and they played some really good music on two of the nights. The restaurant on site had good food but the waitstaff needs more help. I would go back. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and plenty of stores and restaurant near Casey Key. My only real complaint is housekeeping, my husband tips more than he should just FYI, and we did not get fresh towels or bedsheets, the coffee supplies were not replaced and it literally looked like nothing was done except for the bed being made with our same sheets. On our last night there I told him not to tip. For the price we paid it was well worth it.

we stayed here while visiting family nearby. very clean. had everything we needed. loved it. will come back. tiki bar was fun. great coffee

Great resort for a special price of 240 for 4 nights. Great food at restaurant. The fish the first night, was so good.... the best.... Service people were great. had a great time

We have stayed here several times and had past positive experiences. Most recently we did not have hot water for the shower 4 nights in a row which was highly disappointing! I question what’s going on overall as well as the food service has gone down hill. Good staff who seem to care although the property has gone down hill from a management and up keep perspective. I hope they can turn it around!

I visited this place to meet with my friends for a BDParty. The whole experience was great I enjoyed food and shuttle rides to the beach. I also enjoyed gym. Thanks Casey Key Resorts!

Room smelled musty and of mildew. Bathroom definitely needed refurbishment. Not good. Do not recommend at all. Don’t stay here.

Went with a group of girlfriends and requested an extra blanket on 1st day. When we hadn’t received an extra blanket the next morning we requested it again. I was told Housekeeping would bring one to us. By the end of the day, still no blanket went to the front desk and the man Benjamin sitting at the front desk told me he wasn’t gonna get me a blanket. Most of the run down resort was empty asked if he could get one from an extra room. The second man working there corrected me when I said I’ve asked three times he said I’d actually asked four times and I was entitled . Next morning, the manager Mo refused to talk to me, but talk to one of my friends apologized. That evening I told the man I was not a fan of him and was told I was kicked out by a woman she wouldn’t give me her name so I’m just gonna describe her an extremely large (400lb +) angry woman in a green dress . In which she proceeded to tell me, she was calling the police along with the man Mo. This was a crazy wild ride! (Of course this didn’t happen) there’s so many other places nearby. We just made a mistake to choose this one. I did video this so reach out to me if you wanna see it.
