No lake view but did not expect this, the hotel was old with a musty smell , pool and hot tub in need of repair and technology was outdated. I feel it was a old hotel in need of updating and the mold smell was very disturbing, I have stayed at other baymont hotels that were much nicer I feel this place gives your company a bad name.

The hotel floors looked like they had not been cleaned for quite some time. The lights fixtures in the elevators were full of dirt and dead insects. Room was decent but had an awful chemical smell.

This is a very clean and well-equipped motel all around, including our spacious room. It was also very quiet with fast internet. Finally, the price was right (very reasonable)!

The amenities were adequate, breakfast was ample, readily available, with a very good selection (Waffles, cold cereals, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, yogurt, coffee, orange juice, fresh fruits, and more. The bed was comfortable, lighting was sufficient, and temperature controls worked as needed. There were other amenities which we did not need or use, such as a laundry area, vending machines, pool, and lounging area near lobby. Adding benches or chairs outside entrances/exits would be nice to have a place to sit, smoke, use phones etc. This was a last-minute reservation, and we were welcomed in with pleasantries by the check in staff. We did not really have further staff interactions, but I believe the would have been equally pleasant and welcoming.

Hotel has seemed to go under new management and downhill since last visit two years ago. Workers using swear words in back office, loud noises heard in other rooms, sticky floors.

Our room was fine, our beds were comfy & we enjoyed our stay overall but we were disappointed that the pool & hot tub seemed very dirty with murky water
