Front desk staff was very rude. Saying my id was expired, but see the paper attached to it because I renewed it. Had handed it back to me and wasn’t going to give me my room. Seemed to not know what he was doing. Seem to be new owners. I will NOT be returning. Oh, pool was dirty

The room was clean, but refrigerator didn't work and smelled like something spoiled in there, this smelled up the room. We had to open the window to try to air out. The room was recently remodeled but the contractor did a very sloppy job, paint splatters on the new sink & counter, sloppy caulking by sink and shower, big area in corner that didn't get painted. Elevator needs to be remodeled also, makes a lot of noises and jerks to a stop.
Breakfast was a typical offering for a Baymont.

Great staff, all around! Breakfast and coffee is always hot and filling. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We always stay here when we visit South Haven.

Hotel was nice and clean. We upgraded to a nice king suite. Only minor complaint was the fan in the HVAC unit in our room was faulty and made excessive noise when it ran. Overall great stay.

We just returned from staying here for 2 nights. It was our first time staying here and we couldn't have been happier. It was quiet and newly renovated. We didn't hear a peep from anyone and it looked to be full both nights. We will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

No lake view but did not expect this, the hotel was old with a musty smell , pool and hot tub in need of repair and technology was outdated. I feel it was a old hotel in need of updating and the mold smell was very disturbing, I have stayed at other baymont hotels that were much nicer I feel this place gives your company a bad name.
