我对这次住宿非常失望。我们入住晚了，房间钥匙竟然坏了。我们跑了好几趟楼，甚至连工作人员都试过了，最后我们不得不换房间。第二个房间的钥匙也坏了，我不得不第二次尝试才请前台帮忙开门。电视也坏了，后来我还发现床上有虫子。尽管如此，前台却从未就造成的不便道歉。
一张床的床单好几处都撕破了，我朋友的脚总是被床单绊住。电视也坏了。窗帘轨道坏了，我们没法完全拉上，而且外面的光线很亮。我回复了一条自动短信，告知了这些信息，虽然也收到了回复，但并没有得到真正的帮助。
