Room was relatively clean. Elizabeth was nice. Glass could use some attention, room & entrance way.

They canceled my room without letting me know, I was traveling with two kids and got there very late so this made it very hard to find a different room else where.

Breakfast was good ad staff was friendly
But i dont think I will ever spend time here.
When we checked it, it had funny smell.
Also, had a lot of bugs. We found ants on our bed, bugs in the bathroom multiple times.
We only stayed for a day. But wouldn’t stay here again.

I chose this property because it was convenient for my overnight stay. My check-in was a bit delayed because ******* only provided me with an itinerary number but no reservation number. After calling customer service, we were able to locate my reservation and check in.
The room was clean but not well supplied (no shampoo or lotion, no shower cap). My son used the pull-out sofa but it was quite old and uncomfortable.
Breakfast was decent. Overall, the hotel was sufficient for my purpose. It could use some updating (fitness room had some broken equipment).

A/C was loud. The building must have been older because it creaked loudly when people upstairs walked around.

Delmar’s first time to one of The Great Lakes
The hotel and staff itself was great and a perfect location. The landscaping needed cleaned up, weeds were out of hand.

Horrible stay
Absolutely terrible. An employee walked into our room in the early morning waking up our baby who already had a hard time sleeping. Then slammed the door on their way out. No knock. Nothing. Just walked in

The run was very clean. It is date with 2000 style wallpaper. It smelled nice and clean. The king size bed was comfortable and neat.

Tired Hotel
The room smelled of mildew. The hotel is tired and feels worn down. Weeds outside. The same 2 people working a 12 hour shift and swapping with each other. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good. (Except the eggs! Microwaved in a plastic dish which is questionable).
South Haven beach and town made the trip worth it, but we would not choose this hotel again.

Convenient location. Polite and friendly staff. Spacious room with very comfortable bed and linen. Fresh and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend to everyone visiting South Haven
