Room didn't have a microwave and coffee maker. And I've never heard of having to pay for early check in even though it was only 15 minutes. I just waited for 15 minutes in the car because I was going to pay extra to check in.

Somerset cruise night
Overall a satisfactory experience. A/c was noisy but worked well. Bed was only moderately comfortable. The room was clean and had obviously been renovated since my last time here.

My sweetheart weekend
First, I wanna say when I pulled in I was a little scared looking at the area and how busy and congested it was. I wasn’t sure if it would be very quiet I wasn’t sure how to request a handicapped room. It was kind of confusing for the app they weren’t able to put me into a handicap room And unfortunately, I had to go upstairs. The worst part of it was the stairs and then we get to the room. It was cool wonderful everything on the outside looked clean. the inside of the room, was to but I definitely checked for bedbugs did not see any evidence The entire time we were there. We never saw a cockroach. I did see deposits of dead cockroaches, but nothing alive which means the cleaning crew probably missed it. Bathroom was clean the floors look clean. The refrigerator in our room was Luke cool to the point where the can was cool, but it had condensation all over it my ice pack that had been in my cooler. We put it in the freezer compartment. It didn’t phase it the bed in the room they put us in was so extremely comfortable. I slept better had no backache when I woke up and it was awesome and we did stay a couple nights so yeah it was good but they’re linen and the bedspread was covered in holes from where people had one smoked in the room. There was some stains on the sheets, but you could tell they had been clean Everything was clean pretty much by that standpoint it just needs remodelin and freshlinen overall, the staff and the whole experience was a great time thank you red roof

I do not recommend this place. Room floor was so filthy that my feet were black. Bed was awful. Mattress was completely broke down in the middle. Bathroom fan was broken. I will never stay there again!!

Red Roof Garbage.
This was a terrible ace to stay. There were staines on the bed. It was not clean at all. The room was a non-smokers room and it reaked of smoke. Some sort of funk was growing in the freezer part of the refrigerator. When we tried to use the spa bath some kind of funk came out of that. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone ever. Not even the homeless.

Would Stay Again
The first room they gave me had a very noisy AC unit, something was obviously wrong with it. The second room was just fine. A small thing, but everytime I went to the front desk there was no one there, I had to call a number which made the front desk phone ring in the back.
房间挺好的，酒店员工可以再热情一点，但总体来说是个不错的住宿地点。
