It's convenient for food, healthcare, and comfort. I've stayed in every hotel/motel in this town and this is my preferred and favorite. I don't wanna ever have to leave. I got on the app just now, attempting to extend my stay. I highly recommend Super 8 of Somerset

Customer service from man in the office was very good. Area/Property is a bit compact. Some things were average; some things were above average, but nothing was below average. For an older hotel, it was good overall in my opinion!

Worst hotel experience in years! Owner/manager obviously does not understand he’s in the hospitality business. I could have been a walking rock and he would not have cared as long as I had an ID and a signature. No greeting or anything. When I mentioned that it should state in the listing that there is no elevator on the property he made a rude face and literally shrugged. The room was about 90 degrees when we walked in and it took over an hour to cool it down to about 75. The refrigerator was warm. Obviously there has been a “renovation” relatively recently but switch plates/outlet covers were yellowed, dirty and cracked. Places where paint was slopped were just left. The stairwells were dirty and had lingering putrid odors. The exterior of the building had crumbling sidewalks/curbs/paint and landscaping needed help. I’ve stayed in mission houses in developing countries that cared more about their accommodations and their guests! Definitely not worth what I paid. $20 would have been about right.
