Clean and a nice bed. One thing I noticed is that our room REALLY smelled like pine sol. You get used to it, but when you walk in the door, ugh. Guess it shows it’s disinfected. The entry way area sink in the room was very dim, difficult to apply makeup or for my husband to shave.
Very little protein for breakfast. I hate to complain, since having breakfast at all is a plus. Some places only have doughnuts. I have type two diabetes, so need some protein to offset the carbs. I made do by taking a cream cheese and a peanut butter packet. The peanut butter must be old, since it had oil separated on top and it was really difficult to mix with the plastic knife. Had a hard time getting it out.
I sound like such an old bag! But I like to be honest. For the most part, it’s a great place.

I did like that the hotel served breakfast but there was not a gym or pool. However, it was my mistake for overlooking the small detail.

Excellent staff (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance). Clean room and public spaces. It is in a working-class neighborhood so it might appear rough but it is safe. Overall, it was a good value and a good night’s sleep. Two thumbs up!

This hotel reflects the hard-working, working-class town in which it’s located. I was pleasantly surprised during my stay and I will definitely stay again during my next visit to the south suburbs. The staff (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance) all provided exceptional customer service! The rooms and public areas were consistently clean. Check-in and check-out were easy. The facility has had some upgrades since joining the Wyndham family and I look forward to additional upgrades in the near future.Overall, it was good value for a good night’s sleep. Two thumbs up!

Stayed here to attend my aunt’s funeral. Love the area. Convenient location. Hotel is a little bit older. Breakfast was OK, biscuits and gravy every morning that we were there. Complementary warm cookies one night. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Plenty of outdoor parking. Fridge and microwave, but styrofoam plates and bowls in breakfast area so not suitable for microwave (dad has mobility challenges so took food to room for him). Overall, great stay. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

I was refused to check into my room that I paid in full. I was told by the employee Robin that the manager told him that I could not check into my room anymore, when asked to call the manager he said he could not. Keep in mind I extended my stay at the from 9/23- 9/29 they are going to charge me for one day when there still no justified reason for my not being able to check into my room, other than due to me getting the room for cheaper tuan what the fees are now for the weekend. He also refused to give me a copy of my printed receipt that I requested upon my leaving the property. I was unjustly and unfairly removed and money taken when others where checking in at the same time; but I was told by Robin that he thought I was not going to check in after we had already had a conversation on the phone stating I would be checking in . He also told additional lies that did not coincide with what he initially told me. So Baymont something needs to be done about me being unjustly and unfairly taken from the room I had aid for. There was no compromise when I was already being chested out of my money and room for absolutely no reason I have voicemail and
My call log to show there was communication throughout before I was told to leave the premises unjustly

The hotel was nice and clean! Bed slept wonderful. There are minor things that can be touched up like the bathroom shower floor needed caulk and the actual mattress under the pad lol.... yes im a housekeeper but other than that it was fairly clean down to the bed and carpet and
