Cleaniness of the building including the rooms. The guy at the front desk was so courteous when I checked in. I wished I got his name. He made sure we were taken good care of!

We have stayed at this Baymont many times before. It seems there have been major upgrades and renewed commitment to quality. Everything was very clean. The mattress was excellent. The kitchen area was tidy and well stocked. Our stay was exceptional.

After traveling cross country with two dogs I'll give five stars to any room that doesn't smell like pee.

Overly perfumed when you walk in. Room was musty. Bathroom had some mold . Small tv. Breakfast was lame for the price you pay. For what I paid should have been more than biscuits gravy and toast. No eggs no meat. Not even remotely worth it

On check in the counter person said they would not accept my Visa credit card for the damage deposit, the one I had just paid for the room with on *******. They wanted either $50 cash or a bank card. Very unusual. There was no hot water, only barely lukewarm. The breakfast was very slim, only cereal and a few bagels. The hotel was a blast from the 1970's in decor. I was surprised this had as good a rating as it had. The previous Baymont I stayed in was good, but this one was not.

Clean and a nice bed. One thing I noticed is that our room REALLY smelled like pine sol. You get used to it, but when you walk in the door, ugh. Guess it shows it’s disinfected. The entry way area sink in the room was very dim, difficult to apply makeup or for my husband to shave.
Very little protein for breakfast. I hate to complain, since having breakfast at all is a plus. Some places only have doughnuts. I have type two diabetes, so need some protein to offset the carbs. I made do by taking a cream cheese and a peanut butter packet. The peanut butter must be old, since it had oil separated on top and it was really difficult to mix with the plastic knife. Had a hard time getting it out.
I sound like such an old bag! But I like to be honest. For the most part, it’s a great place.
