Our room faced the parking lot with very bright street lamps, we could not pull the curtains all the way to black it out, so that was annoying when trying to sleep. Other than that this is the same Hampton Inn - level quality that we expected.

The AC in the room didn’t work very well. Very humid in the room and AC cycled a lot. When texted how my stay was going and if there was anything i needed, there was no reply when asking to check out the unit.

Nice Family Stay

We had a double queen bed room and was very spacious and clean. Our room was right above the front desk/lobby and we could hear the music playing 24/7 through the floor/walls. Breakfast was good. I know most hotels don’t have daily room cleaning anymore, but this is one thing that I really don’t like…we only had beds made and fresh towels every other day, We had to got to the front desk to ask for towels and then had to wait several minutes every time, because there was no one at the desk.

Overall was a good stay! Comfortable beds and bathrooms. However the night attendant had zero customer service skills. It was 1 am and we had been driving all day from our cross country trip from Florida to California and now back home. We simply needed a place to rest our heads at night. We had done this many nights so it has become routine. I even called before 11 pm to let them know we would be arriving after midnight so they could check us in. I rented two rooms for our family of five. I got there and he seemed annoyed from the very start. He didn’t communicate much at all and then handed me one key. I explained I had two rooms in the reservation. I ended up getting the two rooms not adjourned, instead one was on the fourth floor and the other on the second floor. Friendly attendants are a key for success. I will likely rent a room somewhere else in the future.
