I was on the 2nd floor for 2 nights. Heard doors closing at all hours of the night and the person in the room above me on the 3rd floor woke me up not less than 4 times each night. I could hear footsteps, luggage rolling across the room, and something sounded like it was dropped a few times each night. This was usually between 1:30am-3am before it got quiet.

Our room faced the parking lot with very bright street lamps, we could not pull the curtains all the way to black it out, so that was annoying when trying to sleep. Other than that this is the same Hampton Inn - level quality that we expected.

The AC in the room didn’t work very well. Very humid in the room and AC cycled a lot. When texted how my stay was going and if there was anything i needed, there was no reply when asking to check out the unit.

Nice Family Stay

We had a double queen bed room and was very spacious and clean. Our room was right above the front desk/lobby and we could hear the music playing 24/7 through the floor/walls. Breakfast was good. I know most hotels don’t have daily room cleaning anymore, but this is one thing that I really don’t like…we only had beds made and fresh towels every other day, We had to got to the front desk to ask for towels and then had to wait several minutes every time, because there was no one at the desk.
