Lots of people live there, families too and lots of substance abuse issues going on, even with staff. It was more like being at a half-way house that wasn’t managed properly yet rather popular with random people in the community for obvious reasons. Very sad, rather dirty.

The location is great! The room was very clean! The workers were friendly for the most part! The continental breakfast was good to have!! Overall great stay!!

Let me start by saying that we have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and it was fine, which is why we chose it again.
However, since the last time we stayed here this place as gone to hell in a hand basket.
The interior has become rundown and dirty. The whole place reeks of smoke. Why bother to have non smoking rooms and common areas if you are just going to allow the guests and residents (yes residents!) to smoke just outside all of the exterior doors.
And apparently now they are allowing people to live there and the “residents” have no respect for the guests traveling and needing a quiet place to stay in n their trip.
We were kept awake all night!
First by children running up and down the hallway playing until well after midnight. Then by the tv in the room adjacent to ours which was turned up on high ALL NIGHT LONG!
At 3am after repeated attempts to call the front desk went unanswered we trekked down to speak to someone about getting the people in the next room to turn off (or at least down) their TV.
We were greeted at the desk by a sign saying they were helping another guest “be back in five minutes”. Twenty minutes later we returned back to our room after no one had shown back up to the desk. It was clear they were off sleeping somewhere…must’ve been nice, I would have like to sleep too.
Instead we spent the rest of the night sleepless and facing a long drive the next day.
Do not walk, RUN far away from this place!

so let me start off by saying, for $50-60 you cant beat it really (if its just for overnight sleep), especially with the location, shopping centers around, food, highway etc.. STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING, KIND AND ACCOMMODATING, Thank you all!
They have a pool I didnt use only because I was just there to sleep but it looked decent.
Now the MAJOR ISSUE I did have was... bugs. NOT BED BUGS, the beds were 'clean'. But roaches. I left my room and came back and turned the lights on and they were on the floor by the sink, in the bath tub, etc., luckily I had my luggage on the bed
I called front desk and she instantly apologized and offered me a different room! No bugs in that room!
My rating is only 3/5 because customer service & price for a quick night stay.
