This is not the most updated hotel but for the price they recognize that and price accordingly. The amenities checked all the boxes. Got a king with pull out which made extra space during the day. Had a slide out (golf course side—so worth it.) with dogs having a slide out made it so easy! Kids walked the dogs around the course in the evening. Outdoor pool right outside our slider. . Indoor pool checkd the boxes. Hot food at breakfast included. If you golf that is there too! Bar has amazing pizza and makes nice to unwind after a long day on lake. Again not updated but nice and kind staff. And had all the amenities that helped make our trips (have stayed there twice) good. The first time I didn’t know better and booked a slider door but it was on parking lot side. It was totally fine but now that I have done gold cart side, I really appreciate it more

1. Mold growing in the bathroom. 2 the box spring cover was ripped. 3. Hot tub wasnt even filled. 4. Breakfast like your normal hotel breakfast. very unpleasant stay as there was issues everywhere

Needs a refresh. Looking shabby. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was below average.

The lavatory sink was broke, tub had big chips out of it. The cleaning staff needed a bath and deodorant. The breakfast ends at 9:00am which is to early.

It appears my first review didn’t meet standards
Let me say, if you paid ME, I would not stay at the Okoboji Resort & Conference Hotel.
Rooms below sub-standard. Less than third world.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Beds were not super comfortable. Some parts of the room had been renovated but others not, like wallpaper peeling off. Overall, was a good stay and we would stay there, again.

The hotel is older but very well taken care of. On site bar grill was nice and food excellent. Would stay here again
