Filthy, filthy, filthy. Crumbs, cigarette holes in bedding, dirty towels. Staff did try to clean it. Rooms were cold, but rooms were not clean. Was told cleaning staff went home!

The location was good we found what we needed but the bedding was stinky and the pillow cases looked stained and dingy. We had to ask for an iron and blow dryer. The refrigerator never got cold. The desk chair was brokem. The chair looked like someone vomited on it. And it was very.noisy on Saturday night. The lady at the desk was very ki d and helped us as much as she could.

Comforters and Towels Quality
Comforters and towels were notably dirty and filled with excessive stains. Had to run to nearby store for a cheap sheet set and a bath towel

I liked the price and convenience of the location. The room was not as clean as I hoped. The comforters had stains in them and cigarette burn holes in them. The tub floor was very slick.

Not too shabby
My biggest critique is the number of stains and cigarette burns on all the linens in a non smoking room. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised with the level of cleanliness, all but one staff member was incredibly delightful, and enough hot water and water pressure. I’d stay there again for the location.
