Please do not stay here. The place is horrible if I could give less I would. The back entrance was very creepy rusty stuff all over an old ice maker in front of the conference room entrance, carpet in hallway with giant burn holes, our room lock cover was being held in place by a bandaid, the tub looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, the ceiling tiles had large black spots on some of them, the flooring was warped, the bed was uncomfortable, and the fridge ran so loud I had to unplug it. Had it not already been a long day of driving and the fact we were traveling with our dog we would have looked for something else. But this place was far away from other places and we were exhausted so we slept for a few hrs and hit the road at 5am. Utterly shocked that they are charging over $100 a night for this place. The place feels more like it’s mostly people that live there full time and not just for traveling thru.

The hotel is a little older but it’s very well maintained. Our room was spacious, very clean, and smelled fresh and clean which is important to me. The pool is outdoors and wonderful on a hot day because the water was cool and not over chlorinated. The staff were very helpful and nice and checked us in quickly. It is motorcycle friendly, and there were a lot of motorcycles pulling up this day because it was 110 deg out and thankfully our rooms’ air conditioning worked flawlessly. Breakfast was basic but quite adequate to get us on our way. We would definitely stay here again.

After having seen reviews of this hotel in a rural town, I wasn't expecting much, but I have absolutely no complaints. The room quality, sleep, breakfast and service were all very good. With breakfast included the value was really good. Food has been costing quite a bit in Washington state.

Note- I save "5 Stars" for Hotels on the Gulf, inside Disney property, etc. So this 4 Star rating is my highest for a "regular" place. I stayed here in 2018 out of desperation. It felt old, dirty... something out of "No Country for Old Men." I was one of only 3 or 4 hotel guests. Last night I realized I'd need a room in the Omak/Okanagan area for two nights. Everything else with a half-way decent price was booked (4th of July). So I begrudgingly booked my stay. The following sentence is absolutely true: WHEN I WALKED INTO THE LOBBY I THOUGHT I'D ARRIVED AT THE WRONG PLACE! These owners (I believe they said they'd bought it in 2019) have completely revamped this place. Fresh and clean everything. In this day and age of low-priced places claiming to have "breakfast" only to disappoint you with only grab-and-go muffins or whatever, I can't tell you how pleased I was to have a wafflemaker, eggs, sausage, yogurt, pastries, etc. My room had ZERO smoke smell (which wasn't the case in 2018), a refrigerator, microwave and AC that didn't keep me up all night. Finally, the little swimming pool was perfect for what one would expect to be paying this price for. Small but clean and well cared for. What a great stay.

Our stay was enhanced by the friendliness and welcoming demeanor of the owner of this hotel. We arrived past 9 pm, weary after a near 12-hour drive from Canada. We were able to snag a first floor room, thanks again to the owner's helpfulness. The room was clean, albeit a bit dated. I'll take cleanliness over 'tired' room appearance any day. The A/C worked well. The bathroom was also very clean. I'd definitely stay here again.
