Although the property was not beach front it had access to the beach. It was on a small lake with turtles and an alligator named Frank! That was really cool.

Everything was good, staff was friendly and room was clean and a/c was cold!! My only complaint, was that when I registered, I was charge $40 for an "incidental charge" in case anything was damaged in my room upon my departure. I took a picture of a broken closet door and showed it to the desk immediately. They said the charge would be credited upon inspection of my room after my departure. I have not seen the credit as of yet but I will be looking for it. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and would go back.....Thanks

Check-in was relatively fast. The room was clean and had a good view of the lagoon. The hotel is behind a shopping area which includes a Walmart, Souvenir Store and Domino's Pizza. Given all the activity just outside the premises, it was very quiet inside.

The room was clean. Staff replaced towels daily and cleaned the room if asked. Front counter service was really nice. Staff was friendly. The pool was still open but too cold to swim in.
