The hotel was supposed to offer breakfast and there was just some stale danishes and cold coffee offered and that was it.

The bed was terrible . The hump in the middle and both sides felt like you were going to roll out to the floor . The commode was the lowest to the floor that I have ever seen. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy which were non eatable. Our key did not open our door to the room and we had to get help . The staff was very nice

Housekeeping was not great (hair in floor in bathroom, dirty ice bucket had grass in it, furniture was stained, cobwebs in corners of walls)

We did not stay at this terrible hotel! It was dirty and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The hallways were littered with trash cans s d bags of trash all along the hallway. The entire place smelled of smoke. When we cancelled our room after being onsite less than 15 minutes, ******* and the hotel refused to make it right! I was not refunded my money despite being given a smoking room when I booked a nonsmoking room. The lack of safety and customer service provided by both the hotel and ******* is quite disturbing. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!! For $20 more we stayed at a pristine Hilton just 15 minutes away.

The staff here are helpful, polite and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the place seemed clean. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Quick stay but property was okay, staff were very friendly and welcoming room was clean but had a older smell same as the hallway but was comfortable and had everything you needed. The only thing I would say is shower rod had paint chipped and missing and rusty where paint had chipped off..this was large places along the rod...shower rod is a simple thing to replace

Room was really great. One complaint the breakfast was supposed to end at 930 and i wanted to grab some stuff on my way out so i arrived before 93 p by a few minutes but she had closed eatly. I get she wants to leave but thats not my ossuecc
