The fact that they offer complimentary waterpark passes and fitness access to our hotel guests does mean that when the Waterpark/Fitness Center experiences issues, it can affect our guests also. Our guests can rest assured that our staff has been trained on proper methods of doing bed checks and we have professionals do checks as well. So I am pretty confident that you will not get lice or anything else. Safe travels to you.

First, it was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is showing its age. The room itself was fine although the bed was a bit hard and not firm but I could feel the coils hard.
The part that was disappointing was the waterpark, the main feature. There was rust on the play equipment, the concrete pillars showed decay. The pool floor itself had areas where the concrete had worn away (they had placed some sort of material over the holes). Did this affect my 4yo from having fun no. Did anyone die or get sick no.
We did eat at the Mexican restaurant attached. My husband who is not a picky eater and never complains thought his food was awful (he has a steak burrito) the steak was grey (I instantly thought of the scene from Bridesmaids when I saw the grey steak). I had a chicken quesadilla which was gross as they used canned chicken and did not drain the chicken so the quesadilla was runny. The food lacked seasoning. Did we complain no. Should we have maybe but chalked it up to a bad meal.

Don’t plan on using the slide. The pool area which is the reason we chose this vs others and it was disturbing how outdated and unkept it was. My kids were not impressed and neither were we.

Never again
Very nasty pool area the floor had visible mold everywhere. The hot tub was falling apart the slide was out of order. They called it a waterpark and charged 12.90 a piece for any friends or family to go swimming. The room was very outdated.

As for the outside public, I do make sure that we give them the proper information that the waterslide is not in working order before they go purchase entry. We do have plans for updates and improvement the the pool area in the near future.

The rooms were good. The pool definitely needs updating. Breakfast was sub par. Not much variety. Employees were friendly.

The slide was broke down other parts of the pool are broken. Air conditioner in the room didn't work. Staff was nice though no one helped fix the air conditioner after me asking several times also kids had bites all over them after the second night staying there not sure what they were bites from possibly bed bugs. It just wasn't a great experience

We had to leave period number one. The pool was closed. Number 2, ceiling and in the bathroom was taped up.

Would not recommend
Pool was dirty. Waterslide didnt work. Arcade games didnt work and just took our money. This Hotel is not very clean. Breakfast was a joke.

The flooring in pools was patched up with duck tape and bolts sticking out in the pool walk area and the water slide was broke and the flooring inside the kiddy pool area was cracked and broken on the play place.

The place overcharges, you. It's out of date and falling apart. The staff was rude, not very helpful. I feel like I wasted my money there. I was trying to throw my daughter a fun birthday party. Their water park is a joke and wasn't even running and but they still wanted me to pay them out an absorbent amount of money for a non-water park hotel. Don't stay there, it's disgusting.The pool was extremely dirty

这家酒店年久失修，破败不堪。照片上肯定很旧，因为照片里的东西看起来都不太好。不过我上当了，千万别犯同样的错误！泳池生锈脏兮兮的，我感觉还有黑霉。房间很脏，我们到的时候一股难闻的清洁化学品味。我们不得不开着窗户才能呼吸到新鲜空气。床单和寝具上都有污渍。我们留下来的唯一原因是我们的营地天气很糟糕。我再也不会住在这里了，我们没有离开的唯一原因是我们的房费不能退款。我祈祷我们不会遇到臭虫或虱子——相信我，我查过了，但谁知道呢——也许情况还不够好。这个地方应该被禁止入住。离这里远点，继续开车，别想停车。
