The staff was very nice, but that was the extent of my positive experience. I was sad that after checking in we learned the pool was broke. My little 5 year old was so excited to swim. Then we get to the elevators and there is built up dirt around the door. The room did not look very clean. The walls had patches on them. The shower walls were patched all over. The tub was either very stained or dirty. The plug to make a bath would not go down because of the soap scum build up. The carpet left stains on my socks. I found hair in my bed. (Animal and human) My son went to shower and there was three roaches. Unless you are desperate I would stay somewhere else.

Amenities could be better especially breakfast. And the pool was not in working order which should have been disclosed with the room confirmation.

我和家人周末在这里租了三个房间。三个房间都很脏。我被升级到了另一个房间，那个房间也很脏。半夜时分，一位先生敲响了二楼所有的门，说他是酒店保安，有人投诉噪音。然而，我房间里的每个人都睡着了。他后来声称自己在玩，想找人。当我告诉他我要去找我丈夫时，他却走开了。我们下楼到前台，却被告知他们没有保安。我们收拾好所有行李，不得不去另一家酒店办理入住。这对我们来说非常不方便。我姐姐房间的毯子和浴室墙上溅满了血迹。我妈妈房间的浴缸漏水了。这家酒店真的需要关门大吉，整栋楼翻新一下。千万不要住在这里！
