The whole place smelled like smoke. There was no hair dryer or coffee maker in the room like most hotels. Also, there was suppposed to be a grab and go breakfast but there was nothing and the girl at the desk said they were out of everything. The people checking us in and out were nice but everything else was not great.

The room could have been cleaner. Location is a little difficult to find, but it is very close to downtown for the price. The main issue was the lack of staff. When I arrived, the person staffing the desk could not actually check me in; I slept in the room and checked in the next morning, but I couldn't get on the internet. In the early morning, there wasn't anyone behind the desk for a while. When there was, they weren't able to help me with getting on the internet easily. I travel for work, and I need internet access.

Room wasn’t able to be checked in for 3 hours after it should have been ready because they were “cleaning.” We finally get inside the room and what do we find? Cigarette burns in the carpets, furniture was in shambles, stains all over the walls, bathroom was disgusting, and the smell of smoke was so over powering it caused multiple asthma attacks in just the 40 minutes we were there. Had to book a different hotel across the city to stay for the night the room was so bad. When I spoke to the desk clerk they said “Nothing we can do about it.”
