Clean and quiet, which tbh is primarily what I'm looking for in a hotel. It was conveniently located right off the Thruway (with a DD next door to boot!) and just a quick 10 minute drive to Turning Stone. Check-in was quick, parking plentiful and the heat in the room toasty.

There was cobweb in the corners of the room. We could not use the frig because there was spoiled food left in it.

Convenient to downtown Canastota. Adjacent business drive thru operation periodically blocks access to the motel.

First room they put us in had a window open (it was cold). We shut it but it wouldn’t lock. They moved us to a room where the toilet didn’t flush properly. Nothing to pit a suitcase on in the room. Good thing we brought soap because the dispenser was empty. Exterior doors were not locked (so no need for key cards there). Hall carpet was filthy. Floor in room was not cleaned properly. Mattress was stained. Breakfast was a granola bar or instant oatmeal. Forget this place.

We have stayed here a number of times before in years past. It seems the rooms have been updated since about 5 years ago. Nice floors. Nice new beds. Friendly staff

Extremely disappointed by my stay here. Dirty, torn up hotel, loud neighbors with virtually no sound barrier between rooms, and the worst continental breakfast we’ve run into.
