The evening staff was ignorant to say the least. First room hadn't even been cleaned. Looked like someone sprayed their juices all over the bed. Room said no smoking but smells like straight ****.
Second room not as bad but bad. I just to shower and go to bed but no I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean all the hair in the tub then...., the water doesn't go down the drain. Literally water just sitting.
I tell the front desk and this man gets a towel to wipe the water up. Gots to be kidding me. I was so blew. Not even worth the money

it is a great cozy spot to be close to many places around the surrounding neighborhoods and very friendly staff.

The front desk allowed ppl t have keys to our room .. not once but 3x. I'm stunned. Literally tried to find a solution and manager told us to leave. FURIOUS

They were roaches in the bathroom. The bed had no blanket all sheets. None of the amenities described were available. There was no internet, no ice machine. And the service was substandard. The desk employees acted like they didn't even want to talk to you. The housekeeping staff however were hard working and polite.
