I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights and 2 other family members each rented rooms. In the 2 rooms we rented one of them had such a filthy mattress cover it showed through the sheet. There was a blood stain and black stains. The heat was inadequate and we were all cold that the second night and there were no extra blankets. None of us had properly working room keys and they had to be replaced every time we went in and out. Key replacement was needed 90% of the time for all 4 rooms. There was a trick to get keys to work an that was effective 30% of the time. We stayed at this hotel because it is close to family. A previous visit included a double occupancy and after we settled in we had to move to another room because they were shutting down the floor. The people are very nice and polite. That said they do not follow through very well and the manager that was supposed to call me after my stay to discuss a discount never followed through. I give up on this place.

Staff was AMAZINGLY kinda, cheerful, helpful, & welcoming. Rooms and bedding were more than what I expected. It will be my place of choice next time. Felt clean and safe. Thank you

Although I knew check-in wasn't until 3 pm, I wasn't feeling well and asked if we could check in early. The lady wanted to charge me $30. Which I declined, since my family and I were regulars whenever we were in the area, but I understand they are there to make money, not to foster lifelong relationships.

Everything was great from Staff to the Clean Comfortable Beds and Pillows and Very Clean Rooms also across street is a Cracker Barrel Restaurant. Pet Friendly Hotel and great location and does have some Bus and Truck Parking. Also has a decent Breakfast.

There were long black hairs in the bath tub and ink writing on the sink and tub. The floors had not been cleaned. Kids were running up and down the hauls all night.

Everything about our stay here was excellent at this hotel. We are waiting for our new home to be move in ready so we have been at this hotel for an extended period of time. This is not a one night review. I can tell you that the management, the entire staff, and vendors are professional, positive, attentive and caring. They keep the entire property inside and out clean, including stairwells. The rooms are quiet, beds & pillows are comfortable, shower is great - lots of clean towels available. Housekeepers are present and accommodating to needs. You won't find dirty towels and trash bags in the hallways. Ice machines and laundry facilities work properly. The free breakfast is amazing: the attendant, the quality of food & beverage and even the utensils are all a cut above. They restock the food so it doesn't run out and they are not in a hurry for you to leave. If there's a problem, they will fix it promptly. The parking lot is large, the building secure and the area is safe for kids & adults. The current management staff is doing an excellent job at this location, providing consistency you can count on.

STAY AWAY. I travel a lot. I am a Choice Hotels diamond member. Comfort Suites are usually my go to. Brand is good, price is great. HOWEVER, this is not it. The hotel is disgusting. I reserved on reward points, so I don't know if that's it. I never switch rooms. I usually deal with whatever. The first room, the AC wasn't operational and the room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. They sent me to a second room. I've been in here 12 hours and I've found three large bugs. The room isn't much cleaner. I showered in the rusted out shower with almost no water flow. When I was done, I used a towel that had blood stains on it. I checked. It wasn't mine. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The property as a whole is well-maintained and the room and bath were sparkling clean. The hotel is close to the interstate with easy access from the exit, but there is no noticeable road noise at all. The front desk staff were welcoming, courteous, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The bedding was very comfortable for a good night's sleep, as was the couch for relaxing and reading. (Thanks for the good reading lights by the couch and at bedside! That seems to be a disappearing amenity at some other hotel brands.) The desk space is good for spreading out laptop and peripherals, and the wi-fi worked fine. The breakfast layout is very good with plenty of healthy choices plus good coffee, and the associate who manages the area is attentive, energetic, and has a great positive attitude to get the morning off to a good start. I was in town to visit family in Benbrook and I was pleased enough with my stay to tell my family members to be sure and recommend this location for any other friends or family who need a great place to stay in the area.
