I arrived to check in at 4:45 pm. There was no one at the front desk. I waited a few minutes. I called the front desk. I ended up calling the front desk 8 times. No one ever answered. I called the 1-800 and spoke to reservations. They tried calling twice. No answer. Finally someone came to the front desk around 5:10 and checked me in. He said he was busy.

My guest and I stayed over this past weekend for a wedding nearby. I liked that there was a front staff employee that was accomodating when I asked that my guest and I check in to our room separately as we were arriving at different times. Otherwise we were not fans of our entire experience. I ended up not being able to check in as their lobby closes after 8 pm and there was no staff to be found. I ended up needing to wait for my other guest to come let me in for the night. The hallways smell and there is no insulation between the door and the trim so a lot of light and noise are let into the room. The top sheets had really visible staining on them and our floor was filthy, with a lot of dust and dirt everywhere. I understand that you get what you pay for when you get a cheaper hotel but I was hoping for better as the last times I have used Super 8 I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and service. Just overall really disappointed as our experience cut into our ability to get some sleep and do what we needed to do while visiting.

Extremely disappointed with the super eight. I had a decent check in and went up to the room and was extremely disappointed from the second We hit the stairwell. The whole place reeked of cigarettes, and ironically, there were no smoking signs all over the place, clearly marked our room had cigarette burns in the chair and on the bed along with somebody else’s hair on the pillows on arrival. Went to the lobby to try to get a new room And was not able to get anywhere after talking To the extremely disrespectful hotel manager Bob Bhavsar. Super eight should probably find a new manager, along with some carpet extremely disappointed with how long it took to get refunded and the quality of hotels that are in Expedia’s repertoire.

Room was dirty, was supposed to be non-smoking but clearly some one had smoked in room because was a cigarette hole in the bedspread..
Manager on duty would not refund me nor change my room. Disgusting!

This place smelled so bad. The front lobby smelled like skunk and the hallways and room smelled like stale cigarette smoke…even the bath towels and sheets!! The hotel seemed really run down.

Not the greatest, but it was a place to sleep.
The smell of **** was strong in the hallways and in my room at times. The people on the second floor appeared to be living there and were constantly running back and forth between rooms. When I checked in the bed had hair and sesame seeds on it and the toilet wasn't securely fastened to the floor.
