The best place to stay in Atoka
Manager, Andy, is a kind generous and helpful man. We had questions and he took care of everything. Thoroughly recommend this Best Western.

Damp, musty rooms with very bad smell due ti dampness. A/C intermittent operation. Family had multiplr rooma - most were very bad.

It appeared that the windows did not lock on any of the rooms. The facility itself was clean and the staff was nice & friendly. Some of the other occupants preferred to cause problems with my children. The staff did not address that so I did but can't hold their actions against the facility. Just be aware of your surroundings I guess.

Great place
Zero complaints. It was super clean & comfortable. They had HOT breakfast in addition to tradional continental - that was a treat! Staff was super friendly. The pool was clean. The lobby & hallway were a little warm because of the big doors opening & closing, but your room is as cold as you want it. We stayed 4 nights visiting family in town.

Property was easy to find, very clean and staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast area was nice and well stocked while we were there.

The bathroom could have used some bleach and a scrub. The shower had black in the corners and the shower floor was brown in spots. The rest of the room looked good and the bed was comfortable.

体验非常好。只是晚上睡觉的时候有些人比较吵闹。早餐很美味。床很舒服也很干净。
房间里有黑霉，不仅水槽下方有，淋浴间里也有，甚至天花板上的火警探测器周围也有。淋浴间漏水。退房时间是上午11点，但早上9点刚过，客房服务人员就试图强行进入我们房间，大约10点15分左右又一次试图闯入，期间没有敲门也没有表明身份。床据说有床垫套，但睡起来非常硬。
在网上预订之前，我们打电话询问游泳池是否在使用，他们说是的，我们到达后他们说没有，因为工作人员生病了，这对我们想要在游泳池度过时光的人来说非常糟糕。早餐非常有限。
就价格而言，他们的服务很糟糕。
