Male staff member in the office was very helpful and courteous. Laundry was convenient, but too expensive for more than a couple loads.

The room was dirty, the table sticky , the mattress had a burn mark and black the comforter wasn’t washed and the shower and everything black do not recommend

Tv remote did not work, roaches in one room had to switch rooms! All together the hotel needs a makeover! The staff would be more motivated and would not have to dive deeper to help then property damages!

Staff was great, property felt like it was an old daily, weekly, monthly. The room felt a bit rough, the door would stick and you need to throw your shoulder into it to get it to open.

I booked on line knowing it was non-refundable, that said I would have driven off once I saw the condition of the building and room if it were refundable.
DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! IT IS FILTHY AND BEAT-UP.
Literally duct tape on the furniture, mold in the showers, grease on the walls in the kitchenette. The electrical makes strange and dangerous noises. Empty beer cans, cigarette butts, and what I assume is vomit in the elevator.
In 40 yrs of staying all over the world this is the worst place.
The only silver lining is the front desk clerk and the overnight security that have good and professional attitudes. (I hope they get hired somewhere else that will appreciate them)

Rooms were dirty. We didn't even have a shower curtain or soap in one of the rooms. The other shower curtain had mold. There were 5 cockroaches in the shower. Urine on one of the toilets. Our key cards deactivated 3 times while we were there, once when we returned at 11:30 at night, and had to get new keys. No coffee pot. I felt dirty just walking into the rooms. This place should be shut down. The only saving grace is the front office workers. They are amazing and very helpful. Please...DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. You will regret it.
