Very disappointed with desk staff. Reserved a room with 2 beds. They gave us a king with no apology or other option. It did have a pull out sofa with a very poor mattress. Foot what we paid for the room it was not acceptable. An apology or a discount would have given this hotel a better rating. They just didn’t care.
酒店很干净,服务也非常好,员工们都很热情友好。尤其值得一提的是,他们的户外温水泳池开放,这一点很棒。
前台小姐姐服务特别周到,超越了本职工作。下次我再来这个地方,肯定还会住这里。以后去别的地方,我也会考虑入住其他Quality Inn酒店。
这家酒店非常舒适,非常干净,服务也很周到。早餐自助种类不多,但很美味。地理位置不算太好,如果不想步行的话,进城需要开车或者打车。

酒店条件完美,床上用品和早餐都很棒。我们甚至很幸运,晚上在停车场看到了鹿。
房间不错,但管理不善
这家酒店外面不是很吸引人,但是里面很不错。我们的102房间真的很好,直到凌晨才变得地狱般,因为它靠着早餐室,那里机器的噪音很大。真是遗憾,因为酒店不是很忙,而且这是最后分配的房间!
